The Cryosphere is made up of all frozen water. These frozen waters include all snow, ice, sea ice, ice shelves, glaciers, iceburgs, and frozen ground. Most of the frozen water is in the ice caps in Antartica and the Arctic. However, snow and glaciers are found in the mountains and at the high latitudes all over the world. The Cryosphere is basically just solid frozen water.
